My goal is to help my clients improve the quality of their lives through therapeutic touch, movement, and teaching self-care. Each massage is tailored to the client’s needs and I use the technique(s) and depth of work accordingly. I specialize in low back, hip, and neck conditions, tendinitis; improving flexibility and ease in movement, and correcting posture.
Sarah Wolf, L.M.T. graduated from the Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences in Manhattan, studying Swedish, Shiatsu, and medical massage. She is certified in pre and post-natal massage and yoga and is incorporating Polestar Pilates into her movement work. Her focus is facilitating structural and energetic balance in the body.
