Exhale Massage Therapy Studio is located within Beauty Destination Spa on Rymal, near Upper Centennial. Our team members include Amanda Boudreau, RMT & Julie Arsenault, RMT. Please note: Amanda is no longer accepting new patients for evening (after 4:30) or weekend only appointments. All online bookings will require a credit card going forward. No charges will be made, unless patient does not cancel and does not show up for their appointment.

Amanda Boudreau, RMT: Amanda is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. She graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology and welcomes patients with acute and chronic conditions as well as those wanting to achieve a higher state of wellness. Amanda’s treatment plans are based on a thorough assessment, goals of the patient, and home care exercises. Her treatment methods include myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, Matrix Repatterning and Swedish techniques to maximize the health and well-being of her patients. She is also a strong believer in educating her clients about the nature of their condition and how to optimize their recovery by developing good movement habits and implementing effective home-care techniques.

Julie Arsenault, RMT: As a little girl I was always dreaming of helping people in some way or another. When I moved to Ontario almost 15 years ago from New Brunswick, I found the wonderful career of massage therapy. Being part of the medical field has fulfilled my dreams. Meeting new people and having them become some of my most loyal clients is a great feeling of accomplishment. Having them refer their family and friends is such a honour and the best compliment one could give. I strive to meet the needs of the clients to listen and to provide the best treatment is my goal as a massage therapist. 10 almost 11 years providing professional service; I'm still loving and finding my job very rewarding. I continue to learn more advanced techniques to allow my clients to receive the best treatment possible. My wish is to be able to treat for many more years to come. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you. My specialties include prenatal and infant massage, aromatherapy and cold stone facial massage, as well as deep tissue and therapeutic and relaxation massage therapy.

For same day appointments, please call or text, (905) 379-1189. During business hours, we are often with clients and are unable to answer the phone. Please leave a message or text and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full fee if the space cannot be filled. No Shows will be charged.

Hours

Hours are subject to change. Due to closures in Hamilton, we may need to adjust hours to ensure patients can be seen, and kids home from school can be attended as well. We hope you understand.

Amanda: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9-5. Thursday 9-7. Also offering occasional Saturdays. Check schedule for openings.
Mobile appointments are not offered at this time.
