Health Ease Movement Vitality
The name Acute Injury Massage refers to injuries, typically that happen quickly, like a fall, a hit, an impact, a surgery or sports injury. Getting the right skilled hands-on-care soon after can help facilitate recovery. The body needs tending after such trauma, and if it does not get relief shortly after the injury, it often surfaces later in life, in our 40’s, 50’s or 60’s as pain, usually in a different part of the body. Yet even then, old injuries can be treated, often with significant benefit.
My name is Pete Connolly. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2001. I offer an integrated form of massage therapy in Gilman Village in the town of Issaquah. My massage uses a blend of many techniques and styles:
Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Brain Therapy. I focus on muscles, as well as tendons, ligaments, organs, joints, bones, bones of the face, the brain and nervous system.
If you have questions, please call! I'm very happy to talk about any condition you have and whether I am able to help.
“For a (Bodywork) technique to be most effective, it should be gentle, easy and scientific.”
