Integrated Ashiatsu and Fijian
This style of massage takes the best of two Asian barefoot massage techniques to provide deep pressure for sore muscles and controlled glide to promote overall health and relaxation. When broken down, the word "ashi" means foot and "atsu" means pressure, and here we do not use the typical overhead bars. While traditional Fijian massage is performed with the client fully clothed, this style integrates the Swedish oil massage for a relaxing experience with ability to gain much deeper pressure. Treatment is not applied to the head, face, front of the neck, hands, or feet.

Swedish and Relaxation
Long broad strokes are tailored to your individual needs to help promote relaxation and reduce stress. In addition, Swedish Relaxation Massage can improve sleep quality, decrease anxiety, and increase your overall sense of well-being.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage uses similar strokes that you would experience in a relaxing Swedish Massage, however the pressure is generally firmer. Focused pressure on areas of discomfort reaches deep layers in the muscle and fascia to break up knots and uncomfortable adhesions. Hot Stone
Hot Stone uses heat for therapeutic effects such as vasodilation, circulation, increased cell metabolism, and reduction of muscle tension. Water-heated stones are placed at specific sites to assist with deep tissue therapy. Not used with Thai, Pregnancy, or Sports Massage.

Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the bottom, sides and tops of the feet. If the practitioner finds an area of pain, the area is worked until harmony is brought to the area or point, but the therapist will always work within your tolerance level.
