Wednesday
5pm: Emerald - Vinyasa Level 1

Thursday
6am: Natalie F Vinyasa (all levels)
3:30pm: Dynamic Chair Yoga Rehab with Michele
4:45pm: Therapeutic Yoga Rehab with Michele (75min)
6:15pm: Relax, Renew and Restore Yoga with Michele (75 min)

Friday:
5pm: Midori Vinyasa all levels

Saturday:
8:30-9:45: Jenn Vinyasa/Yin
Sunday:
8:30-9:45: Emerald Vinyasa/Yin

They are dedicated to alleviating stress, tension, and muscular pain from their clients while providing a relaxing escape from the stresses of daily life. All of their Certified Massage Therapists are committed to customizing each cliens therapeutic experience in a safe, stress-free, professional environment.
